Lily and Tag went to the Father Daughter dance at school (Hawaiian theme). Tag even got her a matching corsage.
So . . . . we found our entire Cabana bed at the bottom of the pool today. If you can't picture a Cabana bed, it's a very large round bed that fits several people and has a canopy. There are 4 big pieces. All the pieces have cushions. Some of the cushions were floating and some sunk, completely water logged.
I thought to myself, it must have been really windy last night. Here's the thing though. We have another patio furniture set. It has two chairs and a love seat. There are pillows on each seat. Not a single pillow was out of place.
The kids have a light bench, that usually ends up across the yard when it's windy. It was exactly where I saw it yesterday.
How on earth did our entire 4 piece, heavy, Cabana bed end up at the bottom of the pool, when everything else in our yard is in it's right place?!?!
Will a physics smarty pants please explain the logic in this.
I knew it, our house is haunted.
Here are the pictures:
Exhibit A - Cabana Bed (after being put back together), cushions are drying.
Exhibit B - Other patio set. Not even a pillow out of place.
Exhibit C - Childs bench that weighs about 3 pounds, sitting nicely in its place.

I know I've said this before, but Lucy can sleep anywhere.
Happy Mother's Day! We had the missionaries over and they got to call home. The kids picked out this fun clown cake for me. I love being a mom!
Girl's Night Out - dinner and shopping with our girls.
Lily really enjoys reading. When did she get so big?
Lily loves school spirit days when she gets to dress up. Hawaiian day was fun for this pretty girl.
Preparing for braces and a palate expander, Lily had to have some teeth pulled from her very crowded mouth. She was a great sport and got to watch a movie while they did it.
Lily's class went on a field trip to the zoo. I got to chaperon :) Lily has some great friends.
In May we said goodbye to our minivan and hello to a suburban. We made lots of great memories in the minivan, but we can't deny how excited we are for a SUV.
Harrison graduated from Preschool! He loved his teacher, Sarah Watford. Now onto Kindergarten . . .
Lily was in an end of the year school play about life cycles. She had a lot of fun learning and singing. She even had a speaking part.
The kids did their handprints in the backyard.
We planned a Laser Tag Date Night with a bunch of our friends. It was so much fun! We'll definitely do it again :)
