I love getting ready for Christmas. Decorating the tree while listening to John Denver and The Muppets is one of our family traditions. It's so fun watching the kids get excited about their favorite ornaments and which ones they want to hang. This year I tried to be better about just letting them put the ornaments wherever the wanted. I always feel like I have to balance out the tree and make sure there aren't any holes or that one side isn't ornament heavy. I tried to let all of that go and let them decorate. Later, when they weren't looking I did rearrange a couple of things :)
